Inspire

This project involved the comprehensive design and installation of new gas boilers, plumbing, and heating systems for the Inspire Ipswich facility, a modern building designed to support a range of community and business activities. Working in collaboration with contractor Brooks and Wood, we provided a complete mechanical services solution, ensuring the building’s infrastructure met both operational and energy efficiency goals.

Our in-house design team utilized Revit to develop a detailed, coordinated design that optimized the layout and integration of the heating, plumbing, and gas systems. This BIM (Building Information Modeling) approach allowed for precise planning, reducing the risk of conflicts and ensuring seamless coordination between all systems and construction teams.

The installation of high-performance gas boilers was a key component of the heating solution, providing reliable and efficient warmth throughout the facility. These boilers were chosen for their energy efficiency and capacity to meet the building’s demand, while also offering ease of maintenance and long-term reliability.

The plumbing and heating systems were carefully designed to cater to the specific requirements of the building, ensuring effective water supply, waste management, and climate control. The new systems also align with the building’s sustainability goals, using modern technology to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

With Brooks and Wood’s expertise in project management and construction, we ensured that the design and installation process was completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the building’s operations. The finished systems provide Inspire Ipswich with a robust, efficient infrastructure, supporting the facility’s varied activities while maintaining a comfortable, environmentally responsible environment.
