Main contractors Cubitt Theobald were awarded this prestigious project at Latimer House in Felixstowe, with Columbus Mechanical offering the mechanical services and design and installation.
East Villa
We were once again nominated as principal contractor by Ipswich Borough Council. This project entailed a new design for a new plant room to provide heating and hot water to the social housing building.
Long Melford
Columbus Mechanical were appointed as principle contractor for this plant room re-fit. With this building being grade 1 listed; this one was a challenge from the outset.

Hershesons’ new outpost might just be the best salon in London-Marie Claire We completed the desihn and installation for this new showpiece hair salon for the Hersheson family as part of a 10-week project.
Ramillies House
Another in-house design was completed for the London College of Beauty Therapy. As the college was shut down through COVID-19, it was decided that it was an opportune time to completely overhaul of the existing building services.
Wentworth Hotel
With the hotel organising a two week shut down for renovation works, they decided to upgrade their plant room.Â
